Know what's in your water by having a water test performed. We offer the CITY BASIC, CITY PREMIUM or WELL PREMIUM. These test meet or exceed FHA/VA requirements. The City BASIC measures 10 parameters, the City PREMIUM measures 44 and the Well PREMIUM measures 50 parameters. The results will be delivered within 4-5 business days via an online link and a PDF file. This test is for informational purposes only and does not diagnose cause, treatment or act as a physician. Always consult with your doctor and the appropriate water professional about any issues found with your water system. As part of the commitment to offer the necessary services you may need during your inspection period, SCHI, LLC has partnered with Ace Exterminating, Inc. Ace has a 4.8 star feedback rating on Google. If you elect to have a WDO (wood destroying organism) inspection performed, S.C.H.I, LLC will schedule that service and make every effort to deliver the results (not guaranteed) with your inspection. They also provide other services such as debris removal and insect control. For convenience ,if these other issues are present, these quotes may also be included with your letter but are not mandatory treatments. For any reason you prefer to choose a different company, please reach out to SCHI 24 hrs prior to the inspection time and this service can be cancelled with your fee refunded.
