DRONE ROOF INSPECTION 
The owner, Brian Schaefer is a certified FAA section 107 UA Pilot in Command.  BE SURE OTHER INSPECTORS WHO CLAIM TO FLY A DRONE ARE FAA CERTIFIED...IT'S THE LAW! Using a drone is a great way to get a close up look at your roof or chimney cap where circumstances like pitch and height may pose a safety risk. This is included on applicable homes at NO EXTRA COST (pending airspace & weather restrictions). Keep in mind, this does not replace a "walk-on" roof inspection and a recommendation will be made to consider having a roofing contractor further evaluate the roof prior to close. This may not be available depending on various airspace or weather conditions.
