Your report will range anywhere from 50-100 pages based on size, age, and the number of issues in the home. You will have MORE photos inserted (based on sample reports from other companies) in your report than ANY OTHER COMPANY, PERIOD!

Travel is included in the price as well as the post-inspection report writing time, all totaling anywhere from 7-8hrs for a single inspection.
